Selling on FairfurtUK is as easy as a click of a button. Fairfurt online marketplace is a collection of independent stores, entrepreneurs, vendors, manufacturers, retailers, individuals, small medium enterprises, established stores and communities can open a store with a (dedicated urls). So, when you shop on Fairfurt, you are supporting UK’s small and Medium enterprise, and that’s something you should be proud of. The following are also free:

All orders are posted directly by our sellers / vendors, most of whom are in United Kingdom. Due to limitations by some of our courier partners, a very small number of postcodes may be exempted from free shipping or cannot be delivered to. If your address is not deliverable or has a small surcharge, please add all postage when listing your product.
Customers can utilise the “track your order” service directly from fairfurt main menu to track their orders.
ShipStation is a web-based shipping service that streamlines the order fulfillment process for online retailers, handling everything from order import and batch label creation to customer communication.

Getting a store or selling on Fairfurt is absolutely FREE, yes, it is completely free. The only payment you make is the payment processing fee to sort out the payment gateway.

Fairfurt takes security very seriously. Not only does the site follow all security best practices, we also have several options available to ensure that our site is safe and secure.
As we are an online Marketplace, all payments are processed through a payment portal via paypal & stripe.
Payments can be made via stripe & paypal and accepts all major credit & debit cards – Visa, MasterCard etc.
Fairfurt make vendors payment vis paypal or stripe payback or vis bank transfer, 7 days after order completion.

Although we encourage careful selection, there may be a moment where a customer may feel the need to return a purchase. If you did not state your return order policy in your store, by default, you will be covered by Fairfurt 30 days return policy.
All items must be returned in original condition and be able to be resold, unless faulty.
Items that are non-refundable include:
- Personalised products.
- Made-to-order furniture.
- Underwear.
- Earrings for pierced ears.
- Food items.
- Swimwear.

Vendor’s return policy takes precedence when stated in their store.
Vendors are expected to post all orders within the stipulated advertised timeframe or alternatively, within 24 hrs unless you explicitly stated the processing time in your store.

All vendors must state their return policy clearly in their store, otherwise they will by default, follow the site wide return policy.
We are UK business and proudly British owned.Â
All Fairfurt products from our vendors are shipped from within United Kingdom unless stated otherwise.
With the small processing fees, we cover the following:

*Apply to a vendor per year
**Apply to vendors with minimum of 50 items listed on the store and Vendors Product Listing Reward only applies to the first 50 items listed on the store per vendor.
As part of our strategic business model, we promote & encourage free standard shipping within United Kingdom on 90% of the products items. Even next day delivery / Express post is offered an add-on option.
Fairfurt Fees
If you apply and set up a store on FairfurtUK online Marketplace, we will charge you NOTHING, that's right, absolutely nothing, it's free!. If you make a sale, Fairfurt will retain a small percentage of the sale price (and any VAT if applicable).

Our payment solution is designed to make more money for our vendors, & advertising solutions are also designed to reach our customers at every stage of their journey – from awareness to shopping on our platform. Our payment partners are Stripe & Paypal payment gateways.
Vendors can promote there products anytime.
Currently, as a vendor, you will get FREE £20 voucher from FairfurtUK yearly (Voucher issued at your fairfurt store 1 year birthday anniversary)
As a Fairfurt vendor, you will earn extra money as for just listing your products (FairfurtUK will pay you 10 pence for each product listed – (must be up to 50 listings – vendors cannot qualify for listing more or less than 50 individual items).
FairfurtUK marketplace platform have a lot of features vendors love so dear: Holiday Mode / Rich front-end dashboard / Your store sales report in details. Handle your own discounts & coupons / Vendors can easily manage their own shipping & even T&C…. absolutely amazing!!!
